Senior Product Marketing Manager/Director of Product Marketing

We’re seeking a creative, results-driven marketing leader to help evolve and communicate our product story. Our award-winning Total Financial Wellness solution includes a digital platform and financial advisors that enable employees and their families to achieve financial success at every stage of life. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and product management teams. This is a remote role that reports directly to our CMO.
About You:
As the lead for Product Marketing, you will develop an overarching product marketing strategy to support business goals, sales objectives, and revenue targets. This is a key role at the heart of all operations, from product development to marketing to sales. The ideal candidate will have strong Product Marketing experience in the B2B technology space and some relevant experience at startups.
Responsibilities:
Own product positioning and messaging by understanding customer pain points, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces
Drive competitive intelligence for the company, turning them into actionable insights
Work with Product Management to establish a continuous feedback loop (based on market demand, competitor intelligence and customer feedback) to influence the product development roadmap and mitigate product gaps
Plan and execute product/feature launches and related sales enablement across cross-functional teams spanning Product, Marketing, and Sales
Develop compelling product collateral including web copy, case studies, blog posts, FAQs, sales sheets, webinar content, thought leadership pieces, etc.
Collaborate with Sales to understand & support ongoing enablement, and maximize the impact of messaging for prospects through training and sales collateral
Be a spokesperson for the company with prospects, analysts and media on product-related topics
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in growth-focused product marketing, working for a B2B SaaS company. Startup experience preferred
HR and/or Benefits industry experience is a PLUS
Demonstrated track record of developing GTM product plans, marketing research & insights, business requirements, product positioning, and cohesive product narratives
Breadth of skills, with the ability to move between strategic planning and ideation, as well as hands-on execution
Exceptional communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills
