As a leading provider of Total Financial Wellness, financial education plays a major role in our mission at BrightPlan.  We deliver timely, relevant, interesting education that inspires employees to take charge of their finances.  Through our digital platform, we deliver articles, videos, and webinars that bridge the financial literacy gap at scale for employees with financial questions and concerns.

 

We are seeking a Senior Financial Education Manager to join our team.  We need you to be passionate about financial planning, be ready to use a growing platform to educate on financial planning best practices, and be interested in leading the way strategically as we engage enterprises with financial education.

Responsibilities: 

 

·      Lead education from strategy to delivery to improve financial wellness of employees

·      Create and deliver engaging webinars based on employee feedback, data, and customer requests

·      Manage an editorial calendar of articles written by our team of financial advisors

·      Be or become an expert in the required technology solutions (Hubspot, Webex, Wistia, Salesforce) to make our education delivery seamless and searchable for employees

·      Measure and report on the effectiveness of education to drive enrollments and engagement

·      Partner with the Customer Success Managers and company contacts to schedule and promote education

·      Follow compliance and brand guidelines to create content that meets regulatory requirements

 

Qualifications: 

 

·      Bachelor's degree

·      3+ years of experience in the financial services industry

·      2+ years managing content strategy / editorial calendars

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Broad knowledge of financial planning (CFP® Certification desired, but not required)

·      Public speaking experience delivering seminars / webinars to a range of audiences

·      Knowledge of employer financial benefits (401(k), HSA, Equity Compensation)
