Senior Director, Partnerships

As the leader of our partnerships team, you will be driving the success of BrightPlan.  You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a national channel partner network of trusted advisors in the Human Resources, Well-being, and Total Rewards space designed to deliver referral revenue, primarily through benefit brokers.

What you will do:  

·       Lead the development of a national channel partner network including, but not limited to, benefit brokerage firms, HR consultants, well-being programs, and more

·       Identify, engage, and build strategic partnerships with a targeted set of organizations

·       Work closely with the sales and the marketing team to help scale the partnership relationships and drive revenue

·       Serve as subject matter expert in the Benefits & Total Rewards space to field sales and corporate teams and set strategic direction for all channel partner programs

 

Our ideal candidate has: 

·       5-10 years of experience building and executing channel partner programs that delivers revenue in the Human Resources Benefits space

·       Experience working in enterprise size markets, as well as with channel partner categories tied to benefits and total rewards

·       Significant cross-functional program development experience, particularly working with sales, marketing, product, services, and other corporate functions

·       Strong business acumen from business case development to program management, including the scheduling and project management of program elements to ensure coordinated execution

·       Strong negotiation skills and experience with the agreement process, both standard and complex agreements
