The role

BrightPlan partners with employers to help employees achieve financial wellness through digital goals-based planning, tailored education, and access to fiduciary advice.

BrightPlan guides each employee to identify their unique financial goals and create a plan to achieve them.  Personalized recommendations, supported by digital and human advice, set employees up to become and stay financially well.  With tailored financial education, employees better understand and maximize corporate benefits, increasing employee engagement and retention.

We are looking for an inside sales professional to join our world-class team in the Silicon Valley.  The right candidate for this position will have a demonstrated history of success in selling B2B solutions, preferably in the Financial Wellness industry, as well as a track record of successfully working with both field sales and marketing to convert leads into qualified meetings.

Skills required:

  • Demonstrated success in Enterprise Sales Development
  • Experience selling to HR + C level
  • The ability work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
  • A positive attitude and a desire to build a world-class company, as well as a willingness to work closely with other departments
  • A strong focus on customer service with a "can-do" attitude
