The role

 

Studies show that over 50% of employees in the workplace are stressed about finances, and employers are stepping up to alleviate that concern. Until BrightPlan, there has not been a holistic offering that provides all the steps needed to help solve the problem. Employers are seeing this need and how BrightPlan alleviates it.

 

We are looking for Sales Executives to join our team. If you desire to be part of a growing startup, love technology and working with key decision makers, and to be a part of the best of the best, we’d like to hear from you.

 

As a member of our sales team, you will be driving the success of BrightPlan. You’ll be running every part of the sales process working closely with the SVP of Sales along the way to close mid-large tech companies and help them craft a holistic Financial Wellness plan. 

 

What you would do:

·      Work directly with key decision makers

·      Profile key accounts and find a way in

·      Manage a territory and close new business

·      Run the sales process from start to finish

Prior experience in sales and closing experience is a plus. You must have a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as is a positive and professional demeanor.  A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
