About the Position

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to help us deliver extraordinary brand personalization and performance marketing solutions for one of our global clients. This is a high-visibility growth role with the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies on large global programs using email, in-app, and push notifications.

You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, and will work with a globally distributed team of amazing industry-leading professionals, managing and implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns for a one of the best- known brands in the world. You will be the face of the Continuum brand to the client. This is an opportunity to learn, grow, contribute and have fun doing it!

Your job will include:

  • Consulting with, and assessing client needs, developing strategic and operational plans and proposals/presentations for performance marketing via email, in-app and push notifications, using data, insights & analytics.

  • Leading and collaborating with a globally-distributed team of professionals on marketing campaign setup, testing, and delivery across multiple channels.

  • Developing strategic and operational plans and proposals/presentations for performance marketing via email, in-app and push notifications, using data, insights & analytics.

  • Guiding, managing, and delivering and flawless campaign execution.

  • Reporting status, preparing/presenting project plans and program results using data and industry insights.

  • Scoping upcoming programs, creating budget estimates, and resource forecasts.

  • Identifying and driving opportunities for expansion of services.

 Your background includes:

  • 7+ years’ experience in a digital marketing agency, ESP or data/technology services company in client services or account management

  • Hands on experience working with and leading offshore or remote team members

  • Client-facing project management experience, coordinating multiple resources and stakeholders

  • Experience compiling content and leading formal presentations to clients regarding industry best practices and/or campaign results and recommendations

  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing email marketing programs on a leading ESP

  • Experience developing and managing performance marketing programs driven by data insights and analytics
