Responsible for new business bookings with mid-market accounts in the assigned territory
Rigorously manage a robust opportunity pipeline sufficient to support bookings target
Diligently convert leads into pipeline opportunities and customers
Proactively generate interest and sales in assigned target accounts
Forecast bookings for your assigned region accurately on a monthly, quarterly basis
Represent Hiretual to assigned accounts. Communicate the Hiretual value proposition clearly and accurately.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations
Execute the specified sales process diligently and professionally
Provide a high quality, professional, effortless customer experience during the evaluation & buying process
Develop and execute a regional business plan to achieve assigned bookings quota
Collaborate with Marketing on regional events that generate interest and demand
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly bookings quota
Build relationships with customers, target accounts, and key influencers in your assigned region
Continuous improvement of pipeline conversion and velocity
2-6 years of quota carrying technology sales experience
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-paced, highly accountable environment
Experience in a high-activity sales environment
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent written communication and phone skills
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university
