Working together at Samsung, Steven and Xinwen noticed how difficult it was to hire great talent for their team. Even with their company offering substantial commissions to employees who referred new hires, teams still struggled to acquire the talent necessary to grow. Seeing an opportunity, Steven and Xinwen set about solving this problem as two engineers would - through science!
After reaching out to members of the recruiting community and identifying the most time-consuming and frustrating parts of their job, the team set out to build a series of tools to improve the process, founding Hiretual. Establishing a close relationship with sourcers and recruiters became the lifeblood of Hiretual's products, and that community connection continues push development forward to this day.
