Job Summary
The Vault Law Editorial Coordinator will work closely with Vault Law’s editorial team to produce content relating to legal careers and law schools, including blogs, website content, law firm profiles, guidebooks, and social media. The position involves editing and proofreading law-related online and guide content, managing editorial calendars, coordinating surveys with law firms, editing law surveys and related data, and contributing to Vault's career advice blog.
Essential Functions
- Editing and proofreading law-related online and guide content at all stages of production.
- Assisting with managing the Vault Law editorial calendar to ensure timely completion of deliverables, including generating and managing specific guide production calendars and the Vault Law blog calendar.
- Communicating with client and non-client law firms for survey engagement during the annual associate and DEI surveys.
- Coordinating between cross-company teams for content and survey needs.
- Editing and proofreading law surveys and related data.
- Writing for Vault’s career advice blog on law-related and general topics.
- Offering ideas and implementation for process, product, and marketing strategy improvements.
- Assisting in other general Vault editorial responsibilities, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or related field.
- 1+ Years Experience in similar role or similar responsibilities
- Knowledge or interest in law school experience and legal careers.
- This position is fully remote and requires access to reliable internet.
