Infobase seeks an enthusiastic and organized full-time assistant conference coordinator to work alongside the conference manager in our New York office. The assistant conference coordinator is responsible for assisting with logistics for participation and coordinating sales teams needs for the trade shows.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Registering for exhibit space at trade shows

·         Ordering trade show services

·         Booking accommodations for sales team

·         Assembling, staging, and shipping trade show materials

·         Providing on-site meeting assistance at national trade shows as needed

·         Handling internal sales requests

·         Researching and ordering premiums and show materials

·         Administrative tasks such as updating budgets in excel



·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         Ability to prioritize and multitask

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office (Specifically Word, Excel)

·         Attention to detail

·         Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs., aid sales team after hours and weekends, travel domestically as needed
