Job Description
Responsible for executing and developing projects at Skiplist. A software developer will focus on ensuring that our projects are deliverable at the highest possible quality given the situation and customers’ needs/demands. They will also ensure that they are providing feedback to leadership and management regularly on projects to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded. They will also act as the frontline to customers, providing a professional yet human face to Skiplist.
Responsibilities
- Be a student of current trends within the industry, ensuring that Skiplist maintains and extends its leadership in the technology space.
- Contribute to a world-class data-driven engineering culture that is focused on always exceeding customer expectations, growing its own internal capacity through continuous improvement, drives change through radical transparency and radical candor, and always seeks to relentlessly evolve itself as an organization.
- Provide own engineering talent to different projects to bring them to completion.
- Maintain contact with product decision makers to ensure we’re building what they need, when they need it
- Report status and health of technology at Skiplist on a regular basis to the engineering team
- Assists in developing their peers into technology leaders within and outside Skiplist
