ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for motivated Retail Brand Ambassadors to join our store team in spearheading the retail experience for our first location in Downtown NYC. This individual will play an integral part in sharing the Lalo brand story by providing customers with knowledge and assistance on the brand and its products.The Brand Ambassadors will elevate the brand by creating memorable experiences and cultivating an environment of genuine customer connection. .

YOU WILL:

• Create a positive and exceptional brand experience for all Lalo customers. 

• Cultivate and maintain a highly engaged customer base through personalized shopping experiences, private appointments, and events.

• Be an integral part in achieving the store’s goals

• Assist the store leadership team with day-to-day operational tasks 

• Work collaboratively with all team members. Strive to improve the retail experience by partnering with the team and store leadership.

YOU’RE A GOOD MATCH IF YOU:

• Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or customer service role

• Are constantly growing and you’re never satisfied and are unafraid to be a better version of yourself

• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the proven ability in delivering the very best in customer experience

• Are someone who cares - about delivering great experiences to your team, colleagues, and customers

• Are comfortable working with little ones

• Exude an energetic, friendly, upbeat attitude

• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally

• Are flexible with working varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Able to lift and carry 25-30lbs

• Able to bend, reach, lift and move stock and product
