We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a well-established educational software company and make a direct impact on school operations nationwide. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort using technology. Educational or software sales experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn and master our Student Management System through hands-on training
  • Present live, engaging demonstrations (virtual or in-person) to prospective clients
  • Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of leads in assigned markets
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at secondary and post-secondary schools
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing
  • Support retention efforts by collaborating with the client success team

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience (SaaS or EdTech preferred)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • High level of computer proficiency and comfort navigating online platforms
  • A team player with a drive to exceed goals
  • Experience in education or educational software a plus

Compensation

  • Base salary + uncapped commission structure
  • Earning potential of $135,000+ based on performance
