We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a well-established educational software company and make a direct impact on school operations nationwide. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort using technology. Educational or software sales experience is a plus.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and master our Student Management System through hands-on training
- Present live, engaging demonstrations (virtual or in-person) to prospective clients
- Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of leads in assigned markets
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at secondary and post-secondary schools
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing
- Support retention efforts by collaborating with the client success team
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of successful sales experience (SaaS or EdTech preferred)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- High level of computer proficiency and comfort navigating online platforms
- A team player with a drive to exceed goals
- Experience in education or educational software a plus
Compensation
- Base salary + uncapped commission structure
- Earning potential of $135,000+ based on performance
