Job Overview:

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, this newly created position will play a leading role in overseeing the flow of financial and other information to Passage shareholders, the financial investing community, and other key stakeholders.  In discharging these responsibilities, this person will be responsible for creating and presenting a consistent communications message to the financial community, investors, and other stakeholders and for developing strategies and implementing programs to keep these stakeholders current on company strategy, plans, and performance. In addition, the role will participate in key activities including quarterly earnings, investor engagement initiatives, internal and external corporate communications, and social media.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Work with VP Corporate Development and Investor Relations to develop and execute a comprehensive, best-in-class IR and corporate communications program that keeps key stakeholders appropriately informed of Passage strategy and performance and is consistent with Passage’s corporate communication strategy.

·       Collaborate with various functions at Passage, including finance, legal, clinical, research & development, manufacturing and regulatory to develop consistent messaging and flow across all external communications.

·       Manage interactions and follow up communications with existing and potential shareholders and sell-side analysts; respond to information needs in compliance with current disclosures, company policies and securities regulations.

·       Oversee routine analysis of shareholder base and refinement of investor targeting strategy.

·       Assist in development of strategic communications materials related to corporate and program milestones, financial results, and corporate disclosures, slides, and Q&A reference materials.

·       Help organize, plan, attend and track Company road shows, presentations, speaking engagements and investor conferences.

·       Manage corporate overview presentation and the IR section of corporate website.

·       Contributes to social media planning and community management of the company’s channels.

 

·       Assist in the development and maintenance of a consistent, compelling, and differentiated company brand.  Develop and incorporate clear messages in support of this brand into all investor facing company communications.

·       Manage third party vendors and resources.

 

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree; degree in life sciences and/or business desirable

·       7+ years of experience in relevant areas of biopharma with at least 2+ years of IR / corporate communications experience at a public biotech/pharma/life science company or agency

·       Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills

·       Strong planning, organizational, time and project management skills to prioritize and complete multiple assignments and coordinate workflow

·       Self-starter who is organized, has strong attention to detail, is proactive and can meet tight deadlines

·       Ability to handle confidential information

·       Ability to influence and collaborate across teams and work independently

 

Other Job requirements:

·       Occasional travel (10-20%) required, primarily domestically
