Position Type: Full-Time, Hybrid-Staff residing within the state of Ohio will be expected to attend meetings and events as required by their position or requested by their supervisor. These meetings may be held anywhere in Ohio, typically in Columbus.

Role Overview: We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused individual to serve as Finance and Administration Senior Coordinator. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and the Director of Finance and Administration, this role is perfect for someone with a background in administrative responsibilities and finance to take on a crucial and rewarding position with a diverse, passionate team. As a Senior Coordinator, you will supervise our team of Administrative Support Specialists, while also performing various finance, human resources and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a curious, responsive problem solver, who encourages teamwork and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support: Supervise team of Administrative Support Specialists, coordinate various meetings under direction of CFO/COO and Director of Finance & Administration, and support in person training events/conferences, as needed
- Finance Support: Process payroll, 401k contribution payments, check deposits, expense reports; perform various financial month end duties; coordinate program billing, invoice documentation organization
- Human Resources support: Support and guide new hire process – job posting, background checks, offer letters, on-boarding, personnel file maintenance; manage electronic HR platform; manage various HR forms and responses
- Process management: Support various finance processes, continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness, guide implementation of new processes to ensure understanding and consistent utilization by staff
- Communication: Provide consistent communication to leadership regarding new hire process, administrative team capacity, process issues, and proposals for process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, with two years of supervisory experience preferred, or equivalent experience

- Highly organized; resourceful and proactive; pays close attention to detail
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

- High Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
