Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with the TA and HR Teams to provide administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, high volume environment. The coordinator is a visible and integral part of the team who will manage a multiple array of recruitment activities, including, and most importantly, providing a positive and seamless candidate experience with 908 Devices. From the initial interview through the new hire onboarding process, the coordinator makes it happen! We are moving at a fast pace and the coordinator will participate in research and special projects as needed, including ATS/onboarding support. 


 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the recruitment and pre-employment process including, but not limited to, assisting with tracking candidates through the Applicant Tracking System, conducting background checks, creating, and assembling offer letters and packets. 

  • Coordinate and schedule all candidate interview logistics, interact with the interview teams, manage travel arrangements, and distribute interview schedules as needed. 

  • Confirm and communicate interview schedules and details for candidates and interview teams. 

  • Assist with administrative tasks that relate to the day-to-day operations of the TA function including all candidate correspondence, offer letters and packets, launching and managing the background check and collaborating with HR to ensure new hire onboarding is processed quickly and accurately. 

  • Manage the recruitment advertising process, internal and external job posts and actively participate in sourcing strategies and social media campaigns. 

  • Comfortable opening and posting new jobs through the ATS onto the 908 Career site. Editing and closing jobs as needed. 

  • Controls the inventory of recruitment advertising materials and promotional items. 

  • Supports virtual or in person recruiting outreach events including job fairs, industry and community events as needed. 

  • Manage and maintain TA Metrics & Reporting as needed. 


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.  

  • 1+ year of progressive administrative experience and/or previous experience working on TA or HR team is highly desired.   

  • Passionate about providing an amazing candidate experience as it relates to the interview process from beginning to end. 

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with professional telephone manner and the ability to interact with all levels of candidates and leadership teams. 

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitive material is required. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.  Familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media helpful. 

  • Experience setting up video conference meetings in various settings 

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working with competing and aggressive deadlines. 

  • Creative problem-solver, team player, and all around customer service star. 

  • Strong organizational and attention to details skills. 

  • Excellent work ethic and strong sense of urgency. 

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever is strongly preferred
