Position Summary: 

The HR Program Analyst is a newly created role due to our recent IPO and explosive growth. This is a key supporting role reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. In this highly visible role, you will assist with the administration, analysis, reporting, and project management required to ensure that the organization is advancing the people organization and making data-driven decisions cross-functionally. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify opportunities for us to better support employees, programs, communications, and housing of information. 

  • Track expenses and budgeting across people organization 

  • You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintain the HR administrative infrastructure 

  • Own data integrity management and reporting across all HR systems 

  • Compile and share critical people metrics and analytics with HR colleagues and key Leaders (i.e., Board meeting presentations, headcount projections, turnover data, compensation targets, dashboards, predictive analytics) so we make good decisions. 

  • Lead the design, maintenance, configuration, and rollout of the new HRIS system and any integrated systems (i.e., recruiting platforms, internal HR web-related pages). 

What You Have Achieved: 

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience  

  • Intermediate to advance level skills in the MS Suite with a natural affinity for technology. System experience with products/applications like a website, Share Point, Air Table, or Visio is helpful  

  • 4-5 years of experience working in Human Resources 

  • Experience with HRIS or other HR-related systems 

  • Basic understanding of HR and Total Rewards concepts and philosophies (i.e., HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll). 

  • Demonstrated project management experience 

  • Experience implementing new processes and programs from inception to completion
