Job Overview: Motivity is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful SaaS deployment of our platform for enterprise-level customers. This role goes beyond execution—it is about ownership, strategy, and accountability. The ideal candidate will drive project success by collaborating with enterprise clients, coordinating with their internal departments, and ensuring seamless integrations with their existing systems.

This role requires good technical expertise, enterprise project management experience, and an understanding of system integrations. The Implementation Project Manager will work closely with internal teams—including Engineering, Product, and Support—to deliver high-quality implementations that drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Implementation Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end SaaS implementation process, ensuring successful project execution across multiple enterprise clients.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, aligning implementation timelines with customer objectives and technical requirements.
  • Engage directly with key stakeholders, including IT, RCM, Operations, and Clinical teams, to align expectations and drive adoption.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Partner with customer C-suite executives and leadership teams to drive change management and ensure long-term success.

Cross-Functional Coordination & System Integrations

  • Act as the primary liaison between enterprise clients and internal teams, including Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Oversee complex system integrations, data migrations, and interoperability with third-party platforms (EHRs, billing systems, HRMS, etc.).
  • Work closely with customer IT teams to ensure seamless onboarding, technical configuration, and system compatibility.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues throughout implementation.

Project Execution & Operational Excellence

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Lead regular project meetings, providing clear action plans, tracking progress, and driving accountability across stakeholders.
  • Ensure implementations adhere to enterprise-level compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee data validation, workflow testing, and go-live readiness to ensure a smooth transition.

Customer Success & Continuous Improvement

  • Measure project success through customer feedback, adoption metrics, and performance outcomes.
  • Continuously assess and refine implementation processes to drive greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities based on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Contribute to enhancing Motivity’s implementation framework, best practices, and customer onboarding strategy.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, SaaS onboarding, or project management, preferably in healthcare, ABA, or behavioral services.
  • Good technical acumen, with experience in system integrations, data migration, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise workflows, compliance, and operational challenges in healthcare and behavioral health.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or equivalent frameworks).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to proactively manage risks, drive accountability, and ensure project success.
