The Partner Business Manager will be responsible for identifying potential new partners and engaging with resellers to build significant business activity around implementing Zadara solutions within their customer environments. 

Responsibilities

  •        Understand partner business goals and help align their targets with our products

    ·       Ensure partner expectations are met by executing a strategic and tactical plan for growing Zadara’s channel business with the Zadara Field/ HQ Sales Teams

    ·       Build, implement, and manage a detailed partner plan that proactively assist partners achieve their sales goals

    ·       Create demand by leveraging marketing collateral, campaigns, webinars, and events

    ·       Provide support to partners through in-person and virtual presentations, accurate technical information, and updated pricing details

    ·       Develop communication cadence with both new and existing partners as well as with internal stakeholders

    ·       Consistently close business at or above quota by developing sustainable revenue for the organization 


    Desired qualifications and experience include:

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or other technical discipline
    • Solid understanding of complex sales cycle from prospecting to closing
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team while demonstrating flexibility and initiative
    • Extensive knowledge of on premise and cloud storage
    • Prior experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, and or enterprise storage through a channel model
    • Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of achievement
    • Proven experience accurately forecasting pipeline and delivery results
