We're looking for a highly organized, take-charge professional with exceptional written and verbal communications skills. The ideal candidate will be supporting the executive team in the following duties:

  • Calendar scheduling and coordination of meetings
  • Travel related support, booking of flights, hotels, transportation, and expense reports
  • Inbox management
  • Organize meeting materials and immediate priorities
  • Maintain notes from meetings
  • Communicate effectively through verbal and written communication to all levels of the organization
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, handling matters confidentially, expeditiously, proactively, and independently, and follows through on tasks until successful completion
  • Suggests new processes/procedures to expedite projects and day-to-day workflow
  • Support leaders in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, calm, resourceful, and efficient
  • Demonstrates openness to constructive feedback and flexibility to adjust behavior or performance as needed
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Google Suite and MS Office applications required
  • College degree preferred with at least two years of office experience
