We're looking for a highly organized, take-charge professional with exceptional written and verbal communications skills. The ideal candidate will be supporting the executive team in the following duties:
- Calendar scheduling and coordination of meetings
- Travel related support, booking of flights, hotels, transportation, and expense reports
- Inbox management
- Organize meeting materials and immediate priorities
- Maintain notes from meetings
- Communicate effectively through verbal and written communication to all levels of the organization
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handling matters confidentially, expeditiously, proactively, and independently, and follows through on tasks until successful completion
- Suggests new processes/procedures to expedite projects and day-to-day workflow
- Support leaders in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, calm, resourceful, and efficient
- Demonstrates openness to constructive feedback and flexibility to adjust behavior or performance as needed
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Google Suite and MS Office applications required
- College degree preferred with at least two years of office experience
