The Position
The Research Associate II / Senior Research Associate will be a critical member of the Analytical Development team and be responsible for analytical method development and performing various tests (such as assay, impurity, molecular weight, and dissolution) for high molecular weight compounds and small molecule drugs. In addition, they will be responsible for data analysis for HPLC/UPLC, GC, SEC-MALS, NMR Spectroscopy, and other techniques. He/she will perform analytical method development/evaluation and various non-GMP studies for new compound development / formulations to support chemistry development and transitional science department in support of our various clinical and research programs.
Job Requirements
We are seeking a Research Associate II/Sr. Research Associate, Analytical Development with • B.Sc./MS degree in chemistry or a related discipline and • minimum of 5 - 8 years relevant experience in biopharmaceutical industry. • The candidate should have experience with analytical method development and various tests (such as assay, impurity, molecular weight, and dissolution) for high molecular weight compounds and small molecule drugs. • Successful candidate must have experience/knowledge with data analysis for HPLC/UPLC, GC, SEC-MALS, NMR Spectroscopy, and other techniques. • He/she must have proven ability to perform analytical method development/evaluation and various non-GMP studies for new compound development/formulations to support chemistry development and transitional science department.
What We Can Offer You
Ashvattha offers a competitive total compensation package, including fully paid medical, dental, vision for employees and their families. The expected base salary range for RA II (minimum of 5 years experience) is $90,000 - $105,000. The expected base salary range for an SRA is $105,000- $120,000 (minimum of 8+years of experience). Individual compensation is based on various factors including experience, education, skillset. The company also provides an annual bonus program and Pre-IPO stock options.
