Ashvattha Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel hydroxyl dendrimer (HD) therapeutics (HDTs) to treat unmet medical needs in oncology, ophthalmology, and inflammatory diseases. The Role

The Head of Project Management will be responsible for building positive relationships and uniting internal and external colleagues within multidisciplinary functions to achieve the company’s goals. Using your deep knowledge of the business, political savvy and sophisticated influencing skills, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing internal and external cross-functional project plans, coordinating and tracking deliverables and budgets, organizing communication flows, facilitating decision making and ensuring resources are leveraged.

Key Deliverables

Establish project development plans for three clinical programs (OP-101, D-4517.2, and OP-801) including detailed target product profile and clinical development plan; Lead integrated project planning with regional partner on co-development of three clinical programs; Develop contingency plans and expansion strategies for clinical programs in collaboration with clinical and senior management; Support research and clinical in pre-development pipeline evaluation and development candidate selection; Establish Portfolio Planning Committee & Strategy for Development

Skills and Expertise Required

B.S. Degree in a related discipline.

Deep expertise serving as the primary point of contact with external partners; previous experience working with partners in China strongly preferred

Leading projects from preclinical development through clinical development and approval

Identify, track and lead resolution efforts for all project-related issues

Ability to conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning

Facilitating resolution of conflicts while being sensitive to cultural differences
