Hourly Range: $20-24 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm (Flexible Schedule)
(Max: 3 days/ week- i.e. M/W/F or M/T/W)
Weekly Hours/Week: 18 (6 hours/ day)

About the Role
The Operations Coordinator provides a range of administrative and operational support to LEAP, and ensures smooth day-to-day functions of the office space. This part-time, in-person role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, independent professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires in-office presence for all scheduled hours.
What You’ll Do

Ensure that the LEAP office space is set up and resourced for full access of use.

Liaise with external vendors and sublessees on behalf of LEAP facilities and operations.

Provide logistical support for meetings and events; support space reservations, set-up, supplies, and catering, and manage the office online calendar system.

Create guides and policies for self-serve and accessible use of the office, ensuring the guides are made accessible for all staff (including visual aids)

Manage off-site storage space by bringing items to the storage unit, purging items and arranging disposal services, and coordinating distribution of programmatic items

Retrieve and process mail daily, arranging for digital and physical pick-up or delivery of items to recipients

Coordinate staff appointments at Materials for the Arts

Request and collect certificates of liability insurance (COIs) via LEAP’s insurance broker

Log and distribute technology hardware/software for staff

Track equipment inventory, including serial numbers

Manage phone VOIP platform and support staff in usage

Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who will arrive on-time to the office and will proactively support the day-to-day needs of others using the space.

Comfortable working independently

Proficient experience with Google Suite

Comfort and flexibility with technology (hardware and software) in office and remote work settings
Required Qualifications:

Experience working in an administrative/clerical function
