The person in this role will be responsible for sales and marketing of gas turbine spare parts, including but not limited to preparing proposals, negotiating, and executing contracts, and interfacing with customers and suppliers to ensure that proposals and orders are delivered 100% on time and customer satisfaction is exceeded.

Job Location: Stuart, Florida

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive incoming requests for quotes for a variety of gas turbine parts.
• Prepare quotations and proposals including pricing, delivery, and part applicability.
• Correspond with external vendors and service providers to request quotes and ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Contribute to issue resolution and problem solving related to part orders.
• Compile a variety of data and update the companies ERP system for storing/reporting information.
• Communicate on behalf of the company, with current and potential customers and proactively promote part sales.
• Participate in business development activities to help explore and locate opportunities with new/existing suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze the market and competitive data to establish market level pricing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience in power generation or industrial industry involving turbine product service or parts.
• 5 years of commercial experience including developing customer relationships, and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding transaction requirements including basic Terms and Conditions.
• Excellent computer skills: MS Office and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system capabilities.
