SecureSky offers a full portfolio of cybersecurity services, focused on securing public cloud infrastructure and SaaS environments. This position is a full-time permanent position.

This role is for a Technical Project Manager, to interface with clients, determine deliverable phases together with associated tasks and resources requirements, schedule such deliverables based on client objectives and SecureSky capacity planning, and escalate risk to client commitments to SecureSky management.

Responsibilities:

This role will take hand-off from the sales and sales engineering teams and plan client delivery per contractual agreements. Responsibilities include:

·    Liaise with sales engineering and operations teams to define and document delivery tasks, phasing and milestones based on contractual commitments, engagement objectives, and ongoing client/account strategy and objectives.

·       Plan, document and communicate project plans and project schedules, both internally and with clients.

·       Manage each project in accordance with the plans to deliver the project on time, on budget and with the highest quality of delivery.

·       Quickly modify project plans based on inputs (e.g. assessment results, changing client-driven objectives, compromise response, etc.).

·     Report, externally and internally, on project progress against planning (typically weekly), including activities, milestones, next steps, obstacles and risks.

·       Develop and maintain positive and ongoing relationships with SecureSky’s customers.

·       Create and modify planning and reporting toolset to best accomplish the above objectives.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years IT experience and at least 3 years as a project manager working in a technical client-facing environment; experience in cybersecurity an advantage.
  • Highly developed communication skills to influence and gain cooperation with clients and team members.

·       Demonstrable skills:

o   Interpreting and documenting cybersecurity tasks, work product, phases, and pacing based on high-level planning or presentation

o   Planning and managing multiple projects concurrently

o   Effectively communicating with technical and non-technical resources, bith orally and in writing

·       Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, timesheet systems) and Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
