SecureSky is based in Omaha, Nebraska. The candidate would preferably be located Omaha.

Responsibilities:

Required

• 5 or more years of experience in Cloud solutions (IaaS/ PaaS/ SaaS) Strategy and Implementation for mid or large size organizations (this includes private/public Clouds – on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or VMWare).
• Relevant experience to enable selection criteria for cloud providers and application suitability assessments including detailed cloud architecture design for global scale and high availability.
• Strong Client Relationship and Team Building Skills.
• Ability to work with the Business and IT leadership.
• Experience in working with a Senior leadership team to design technology and process landscape, and develop an overall cloud solution strategy.
• Ability to take major ownership in orchestrating client workshops and facilitate customer interactive sessions on cloud operating models, cloud business value, SecDevOps processes, and application/infrastructure modernization.
• Excellent articulation, communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in participating in transformation initiatives for mid to large scale organizations.
• Experience in developing a business case and TCO analysis drawing tangible connections between strategy and financial success metrics.
• Proven ability towards driving business process automation initiatives.

Preferred

• Experience with designing, implementing, or operating IT systems on leading commercial Cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google.
• Experience with large and complex IT systems in an enterprise environment using virtualization or private Cloud technologies, including VMware, Xen, OpenStack, and Hyper-V.
• Experience with modern development and testing techniques such as continuous delivery and continuous integration.
• A background in software development and experience in configuration management (tools like Chef, Puppet, Salt, etc.)
• Technology understanding of API management solutions and their role across enabling an enterprise cloud
