As a Content Creator at All Weather Insulated Panels, you will be an integral part of our marketing and communications team, responsible for creating engaging and informative content that showcases our products, services, projects, culture, and people. You will contribute to enhancing our brand's online presence, driving engagement, and educating our audience through well-crafted written materials. This position reports to the Marketing Manager and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on AWIP’s growth.

Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, benefits, and customer needs to create accurate written content.
•    Write clear, concise, and informative social media posts, blog posts, articles, web content, press releases, collateral, newsletters, and case studies that highlight the advantages and applications of our insulated metal panels.
•    Research industry trends, technological advancements, and market insights to generate content that positions All Weather Insulated Panels as a thought leader.
•    Ensure all content created adheres to product, marketing, and company compliance policies.
•    Create content for Marketing campaigns and web to enhance customer and influencer journeys.
•    Conduct interviews with internal subject matter experts, customers, and influencers to gather information and insights for content creation.
•    Maintain general company inboxes
•    Proofread and edit written materials to ensure accuracy, grammar, and consistency in style and tone.
•    Collaborate with internal and external teams throughout design process to align written content with visual elements to create a cohesive brand message.
•    Assist in developing and implementing content strategies that support marketing and sales objectives.
•    Stay up to date with industry news and developments to contribute timely and relevant content.
•    Support in planning and administrative support of tradeshow events, promotions, campaigns.
•    Perform other job duties as assigned.

Work Environment:
•    This position operates from both a professional office environment and a home office environment.
•    Meetings with customers will take place in offices, on construction jobsites and in public environments such as coffee shops and restaurants.
•    Electronic communication will take place on a company provided laptop via e-mail and other internet forms of communication.
•    Primary phone contact will be made by company provided mobile phone.
•    Some travel may be required (up to 25%)

Basic Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, or a related field. Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications a plus.
•    2-3 years of experience in professional writing, preferably within the construction, architecture, or manufacturing sectors.
•    3+ years of CMS experience, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) specific experience a plus.
•    Strong writing portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles, from technical to creative. ESG writing experience a plus. 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
•    Ability to translate technical information into accessible and engaging content for diverse audiences.
•    Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for online content creation.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.
•    Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with team members.
•    Experience in reading construction drawings and specifications a plus.  Demonstrated aptitude will be considered in lieu of experience.

Additional Qualifications:
Must possess credit worthiness and a major credit card with a sufficient limit to maintain monthly travel expenses until reimbursed by the company.

•    Employee must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time and consistently produce organized thoughts and execute sound judgment. 
•    Frequent travel by automobile, airplane, and other modes of public transportation are required.

Working Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, dusty conditions, high noise environments, chemicals used in the process, and extreme temperatures. The facility is an industrial manufacturing plant.
