All Weather Insulated Panels is seeking a reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented Team Lead with some production or machine operating experience. Steel and chemical experience is a plus! The Team Lead will be responsible for Workstation assignments/rotations, Breaks/Lunches, Conduct shift meetings as assigned by the Supervisor, and Help to guide team members to continuously improve.
Essential Functions:
Operate any station as needed
Workstation assignments/rotations

Cross-training
Conduct shift meetings as assigned by the Supervisor
Help to guide team members to continuously improve
Report notable employee achievements and incidents daily to the supervisor
Understand, comply with, and support company policies and procedures, and be an example for team members to follow
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Production
Work with the Production Supervisor/Production Manager to establish production schedules and meet production goals
Verify scheduled production run against the BOM
Monitor raw materials
Initiate reorders of supplies
Verify all stations are correctly filling out QC Logs
Collaborate with QC to ensure production quality
Collaborate with Maintenance to maintain and improve plant performance
Prepare production reports
Ensure changeovers are completed efficiently
Informs management of any significant problems, issues or concerns
Safety
Ensure all employees are aware of and follow safety rules
Ensure the work area is clean and safe
Provide safety walk to new hires
Ensure injury/near-miss reports are completed and submitted to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Continually monitor product quality throughout the production run
Notify QC and Production Supervisor/Plant Manager of any product issues in a timely manner
Continually monitor production equipment
Notify the Maintenance and Production Supervisor/Plant Manager of any equipment issues in a timely manner
Complete training by supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
