General Purpose:
The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Manager to execute and manage the marketing day-to- day projects for the company. The position will help increase brand awareness, execute tradeshow calendar, coordinate collateral development, assist routine maintenance and updates to web and collateral, and implement promotional initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tradeshow events, internal company events, promotions, and campaigns
- Participate in tradeshow events, promotions, campaigns.
- Coordinate sponsorships and customer directories
- Create brand identity and content by developing promotional marketing materials, infographics, advertisements, publications for print and digital platforms.
- Create reports as required for KPI tracking
- Collaborate with web design team to design and maintain company website.
- Support social profiles including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. as needed
- Support marketing, divisional, and global compliance policy as needed.
- Maintain, expand and catalog project photography collection.
- Support Sample Program and collateral inventory.
- Coordinate company merchandise store and awards.
- Manage company info box questions & leads
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, exempt position. Hours of work are generally Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or as required to meet appointments and deadlines. Hours of work will often need to be adjusted to accommodate customer requirements and time zone differences.
Work Environment:
- This position operates from both a professional office environment and a home office environment.
- Meetings with customers will take place in offices, on construction jobsites and in public environments such as coffee shops and restaurants.
- Electronic communication will take place on a company provided laptop via e-mail and other internet forms of communication.
- Primary phone contact will be made by company provided mobile phone.
- Some travel may be required (up to 25%)
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. Degree in Marketing or Communications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Experience in the promotion of construction or architectural product a plus.
- Professional and polished presentation skills.
- Experience in reading construction drawings and specifications a plus. Demonstrated aptitude will be considered in lieu of experience.
- Computer proficiency including Adobe Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience with Prezi, SAP, Power BI, and Google Analytics a plus.
Additional Qualifications:
Must possess credit worthiness and a major credit card with a sufficient limit to maintain monthly travel expenses until reimbursed by the company.

- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and presentation media effectively.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, and reach with arms and hands.
- Ability to lift approximately 25 pounds.

- Employee must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time and consistently produce organized thoughts and execute sound judgment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, dusty conditions, high noise environments, chemicals used in the process, and extreme temperatures. The facility is an industrial manufacturing plant.
