Human Resources Supervisor

Summit Technologies, Inc. is looking for a qualified Human Resources Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of Administrative Clerks to provide Human Resource Support Services to the Army’s 3rd Battalion, 81st Armored Regiment, 199th Infantry Brigade,, which include drafting and editing of correspondence, policies, and memorandums, maintaining accurate accountability of, reporting of compiled data to senior leaders in person and or digitally, filing, updating, and provision of personnel information, records, and reports. Employee will perform records upkeep, reporting, updating/correcting, and accountability in accordance with all published regulations and SOP’s (standard operating procedures) published by higher authority.  This individual must possess the following skills, knowledge, or ability:

      Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience as a supervisor or team lead (experience may be substituted for education, 2 years of experience for each year of education)

      Minimum 5 years in military S1 (Staff / Personnel Administration) or G1 (Garrison Personnel Administration), or civilian equivalent, and familiarity with U.S. Army personnel systems, processes, and record procedures

      Minimum of two years’ experience in maintaining personnel records

      Knowledge of military protocol, chain of command, and correspondence procedures

      Prior military experience with record keeping systems and processes that are unique to military personnel records systems. (preferred)

      Active SECRET Clearance

     Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

      Understanding of the English language, grammar, and punctuation

      Competency in verbal and written communication
