Site Administrator (and Alternate)

Duties

  • Use Enterprise Scheduling Capability (ESC) to schedule classroom training, resource utilization, events, and training exercises.
  • Use Training Support-Materiel Army-wide Tracking System (TS-MATS) for entering student, soldier, unit usage data.
  • Provide an equipment accountability and status report in a monthly report.
  • Management of Common Access Cards (CACs).

Background Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience with a scheduling software application, which includes resource and asset management.
  • Minimum of two years of verifiable experience as both an ESC Level 5 Scheduler and as Training Support Material Army wide Tracking System (TS-MATS) Simulator Operator
