Position: MPC Quality Assurance/Systems Testing
Duties:
Quality assurance/system testing
MPC information assurance (IA) administrator
MPC customer helpdesk support
Responsible for quality assurance program and MPC systems testing
- Maintains the MPC master test plan
- Plans, organizes and executes computer full systems testing
- Plans, organizes and executes computer software product testing
- Writes and maintains product and system test procedures
- Quality checks team integration testing (IT) procedures
- Generates product and system test scrips
- Generates test reports
- Manages the unit automated testing project
- Records and tracks product and system test results and reporting
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tool day-to-day
operations
- Customer helpdesk support
Education:
- Bachelors degree in information systems, computer science or 3 years
related computer systems experience
Experience:
- Quality assurance training and 1 year QA/test experience
- Experience with writing, reviewing and/or executing software testing and
systems integration
- Information assurance or SIEM tool experience highly desirable
- Computer helpdesk or customer services/support experience desirable.
- Demonstrated technical reading and writing skills
- Report writing experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft office products (Windows, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Computer certifications a plus (A+, Net+ or Security+, etc.)
- Systems administration experience a plus
Other:
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
- Demonstrated professional communication skills (written, telephone,
electronic)
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Able to accomplish moderate travel as needed
