Tactical Network and Mission Command System Integration Analyst
Summit Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Tactical Network and Mission Command System Integration Analyst for the Army Capability Manager (ACM), Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT)to provide senior professional services to monitor, participate in and report on IBCT Warfighter Forum (WfF) activities, conduct unit visits, Network and Mission Command Integration (to include Information Technology support), analyze and assess IBCT Capability Gap Requirements, and Science and Technology (S&T) related to IBCT Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) developments and assist in the integration of these developments into IBCT formations.
Specific Duties:
· Apply Mission Command (MC) and Tactical Network Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the development and integration of Mission Command requirements as they apply to IBCT mounted and dismounted systems.
· Observe and/or participate in MC/Network experimentation and evaluations related to integration to IBCT based platforms and provide the ACM IBCT and appropriate Product Manager (PdM) with written correspondence that describes activities, analysis, assessments, results and/or decisions based on these experiments and evaluations.
· Monitor MC related activities at Army Futures Command (AFC), Future Concepts Center (FCC), Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Centers of Excellence (CoE), acquisition organizations, and relevant defense industry contractors to establish and maintain an active database of ongoing MC/Network activities.
· Attend all meetings and working groups that supporting ongoing Program Manager (PM) IBCT systems lifecycle requirements.
· Participate in the collection of DOTMLPF-P data during unit visits, Combat Training Center (CTC) visits and panel discussions. The contractor shall provide tactical network related input during DOTMLPF-P user survey development.
· Conduct alternate administrative functions as required for ACM IBCT, including Information Technology management, software updates, Information Management Officer (IMO) tasks and Information Systems.
Required Qualifications:
· Possess a SECRET clearance.
· Possess a minimum of six (6) years technical experience fielding, training, sustainment, maintenance, and employment of US Army Mission Command Systems while conducting Department of the Army (DA) operational training or deployment in a Brigade Combat Team (BCT).
· Possess a minimum of three (3) years’ experience serving in a U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) or Army Futures Command (AFC) organization conducting testing, evaluation, and integration of emerging network and mission command system technologies as a Soldier, Department of the Army Civilian, or Defense Contractor.
· Possess experience in tactical network operations.
· Signal Officer/NCO in charge (S6) at the tactical battalion or BCT-level preferred.
· Training development experience preferred.
· Force Modernization experience preferred.
· In-depth knowledge of Doctrine Development and writing preferred.
· In-depth knowledge of DOTMLPF-P analysis and integration preferred.
· Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams).
Location: Fort Moore (formerly Fort Benning), Georgia.
Travel: Travel required.
