Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparation and maintenance of technical documentation for the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) team for the Mission Planning Software Support Facility (MPSSF).  Documentation includes Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO), Technical Orders (TO), User Guides (UG), and Pocket Checklists (PCL).  The successful candidate must be able to work with subject matter experts (SME), developers, and test community to ensure that documentation is technically correct and written in accordance with applicable USAF standards. May assist SME’s in development of other training material. Will assist other team members as necessary.

Skills/Experience

·        Secret Clearance

·        Knowledge of USAF Technical Orders (TO’s) and Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO’s) preferred.  

·        Experience with Adobe Frame Maker and Adobe Illustrator preferred.

·        Coordinates with developers, test community, program office and others to conduct peer review of documentation.

·        Prefer advanced skills in MS Office. MS Access and other MS Office applications.

·        Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

·        Experience in handlingfied materials a plus.

·        Should be familiar with the Foreign Disclosure and ITAR policies and procedures.

·        May assist in development of E-Learning modules.
