Position Summary
The CBRN Enterprise System Architect will be responsible for:
- providing support in designing and implementing an architecture development effort supporting capability development for managing Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) threats;
- providing technical expertise in creating, updating, and maintaining architecture data as related to the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS);
- serving as a technical liaison regarding architecture design and software upgrades; and
- evaluating Integration Definition 1X (IDEF1X) data models as they relate to architecture products.
Minimum Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements
- Must possess a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- At least four years’ CBRN defense or Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) program-specific architecture experience
- At least six years’ general architecture experience
- At least three years’ experience producing military operational architectures
- At least two years’ experience with bio-surveillance operational and/or system architectures
- Demonstrated expertise in using IBM Rational System Architect and Erwin Data Modeler with Microsoft UML familiarity
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree is required
- A relevant combination of the above education, directly related experience, and training
