Position Summary
The Knowledge Management Analyst will be responsible for:
  • working with the Knowledge Manager, Branch Chiefs, and Action Officers to ensure that the Joint Requirements Office’s (JRO’s) electronic files are in accordance with applicable guidance; and plans, electronic and hard copy briefings, capability documents, doctrine products, plans, and reports are consistent with Joint Staff and JRO standards;
  • Joint Staff Action Packages (JSAPs) and other internal or external taskings being accurately, efficiently, and timely actioned;
  • meeting minutes being taken, staffed, and published;
  • the JRO’s Unclassified, Secret, Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), and Special Access Program (SAP) Video Teleconferencing (VTC) facility operating within Joint Staff guidelines; and
  • the JRO’s Synchronization matrix being accurately and timely maintained.

Minimum Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements
  • Must possess a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • At least four years’ experience using SharePoint (at the user and owner levels) and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience processing JSAPs is highly desirable
  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree is required
  • A relevant combination of the above education, directly related experience, and training
