Title: US Army Combined Arms Center (USACAC) Assistant Program Manager (PM)

Location: Fort Leavenworth, KS

Security Clearance Requirement: Secret

 

Job Summary

The USACAC APM is responsible for managing contract operations, including maintaining the client interface with the government, meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans, conform program task schedules and costs, and manage teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.  The APM leads the implementation of task orders to Summit employees. The APM organizes implementation of contract requirements, provides day-to-day employee supervision, responds immediately to customer issues, provides accurate reporting and timely deliverables, and ensures successful cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality assurance for all task orders.

 

Education/Degree

 

Possess a bachelor’s degree that includes an appropriate subject-matter field.

Be a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC).

 

Experience

At least four (4) years’ experience developing education curriculum.

 

Job Details

·         Lead the task order analysis and allocation.

·         Execute tasks and allocate Team ELBS’ resources.

·         Maintain Task Order performance, schedule, and cost requirements.

·         Conduct and participate in task meetings, in-progress reviews, and other reviews and meetings.

·         Ensure quality control and maintain daily accountability.

·         Ensure compliance with Army school policies.

·         Prepare and submit input for task deliverables.

·         Maintain external communications between Team ELBS and the supported clients and internal communications between team members, contract principals, and the PM.

Requirements

·         Able to pass general access requirements for Fort Leavenworth, KS.

·         Must have a valid US government issued Secret Clearance.

·         Be highly familiar with USACAC functional areas:

o   Training, Education & Exercise Development, Management & Support, Leader Development

o   Capability Development

o   Data Collection, Scenarios and Analysis

o   Research, Studies, and Analysis
