Strategic Planning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Support

 Summary:

Perform operational analysis for approximately 25 (emerging, current and legacy) ground, air and robotic applique programs. Including, but not limited to CRS-I, SMET, SBS, SRR, MRR, LRR, FITS, Exoskeleton, and Tethered UAS. Have a working knowledge of ACM O&O and product CONOPS. Work with capability developers to find solutions to complex operational problems, identify new technical tools and capabilities to advance military operations.

Coordination and execution of the 10X Tech Demo as well as development of an AISUM requirement and AI integration across MCDID Assist the Director in the development of the RAS Execution Plan. Serves as a permanent member of the internal IPT and Joint Integrated Capability Development Team (ICDT) to Develop and maintain the mid and long term RAS capabilities. Work with Army Capability Managers (ACM) to identify capability gaps and assign robotic technologies to those gaps as needed. Experimentation and Demonstrations: Work closely with the Maneuver Battle Lab, and various Combat Capabilities Development Command Centers (DEVCOM). Coordinate and track the integration of robotic products and applique into the various testing programs to include, but not limited to AEWE (Army Expeditionary Warrior Experiment), Joint Warfighter Assessment (JWA), The Army Analysis Center (AAC) , and Army Testing Command (ATEC). Provide S&T Program Support. Work with AFC, FCC, M-CDID CDD and the DEVCOM to identify, evaluate and validate S&T robotic programs. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. To qualify based on experience, resume must describe at least three (4) years of specialized experience which prepared the applicant to do the designated work. 

• Excellent communicator both orally and written at the collegiate level.

·         CLR 101 Intro to Joint Capabilities Integration & Development System (JCIDS)

·         ACQ 101 Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management

·         RQM 110 Core Concepts for Requirements Management

·         DAU Capability Development Level 1 Certification (CLR 250, Capabilities Based Assessment & CLR 252, Developing Performance Attributes)

Core Competencies:

• Knowledge of DOD acquisition practices to include planning, coordinating and implementing capabilities-based programs and supporting the acquisition of a variety of combat arms and robotics related equipment.

• Knowledge of DOD robotics and autonomous systems/programs, applique and payloads.

• Familiarity with enduring robotic technologies, artificial intelligence, levels of autonomy in unmanned systems and various smart materiel solutions.

• Familiarity with the synergistic integration of mechanics, electronics, and computer technology for the production of enhanced products and systems
