Job Description:

Supervise, coordinate work schedules, resolve minor issues, and complete necessary administrative tasks for contract employees supporting the Cyber School at Fort Gordon, Georgia. Be familiar with all duties and qualifications of each employee and assume responsibility for the work performance. Interact with the contracting officer's representative (COR) daily.

 

Job Requirements:

·         Must be U.S. citizen.

·         Have a Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.

·         Have at least five years management experience or equivalent on similar government instructional contracts.

·         Be proficient in conflict resolution.

·         Have the skill sets required to supervise contractor employees.

·         Be capable of coordinating work schedules/assignments of contractor employees.

·         Be able to communicate orally and in writing with the COR.

·         Have skills/knowledge of performing office automation work that includes word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications.
