Job Summary
Summit Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to oversee daily operation of ID card DEERS processing program in support of the U.S. Army Reserve Command at Fort Bragg NC.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field OR five (5) years of relevant Program Management experience.
- At least three (3) years operational experience processing identification issuance requests and issuing identification badges for building and system access and familiarization with DoD ID Card issuance policies and procedures AND have experience training others on the proper use of the identification issuance systems or other DoD IT Systems.
- Tier III "Secret" Clearance
- Experience and trained as Site Security Manager (SSM)
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Some travel required
Responsibilities/Tasks
- Provide administrative support services to the US Army Reserve Command (USARC) necessary to operate RAPIDS workstations and support the Government's issuance of USIDs and CACs.
- Manage program and staff at multiple field locations.
- Participate as a contracted advisor on military USID card and CAC related boards and functional workgroups and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate and recommend new policies or revisions to current policies supporting operations based on quality control (QC) site visits and feedback from field locations.
- Prepare and submit status reports.
- Oversee staff training program and provide training.
- Manage quality control program and conduct site visits.
