This is a non-personal services task order that provides professional services to assist ACM ABCT in the integration of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) improvements into ABCT formations.


Tactical Network Architecture Integration Requirements:


•         at least five years of experience conducting ABCT formation specific tactical network integration and architecture development as a Soldier, Government Civilian or Defense Contractor (five years provides exposure to several network programs in various phases of development within their typical five-year acquisition cycles).


•         A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.


•         Active SECRET facility clearance from the Defense Security Service


Duties:


•         Apply tactical communications network expertise in the development and integration of network requirements as they apply across ABCT DOTMLP-F domains. This expertise is focused on the integration of network components, tactical communications operations, mission command and ABCT network architectures. The contractor will provide ACM ABCT directed network input to AFC, FORSCOM, Acquisition communities and TRADOC organizations. Provide ACM ABCT leadership periodic updates of ABCT network related actions and any significant changes that impact network integration into ABCTs.


•         Observe and/or participate in ABCT tactical network and command post experimentation and evaluations. Provide briefings or summaries for ACM leadership's review that describes activities, analysis, assessments, results and/or decisions based on these events.


•         Monitor and observe command post integration related activities at ABCT fielded units, TRADOC CoEs, acquisition organizations, and defense industry partners. The contractor will establish and maintain an active database of these ongoing network activities.


•         Participate in Mission Command, Tactical Network and command post integration related work groups, management reviews, demonstrations and meetings that focus on tactical network developments, integration and/or  any  significant  change(s)  that  have an impact to ABCT formations. Provide ACM ABCT leadership written reports, in email or info paper format, that describes activities and results or decisions at these events.


•         Participate in the collection of DOTMLP-F data during unit visits, Combat Training Center (CTC) visits and panel discussions. The contractor shall provide tactical network related input during DOTMLP-F user survey development. The goal of this task is to identify tactical network related issues and trends with current fielded equipment, organizational designs, doctrine and unit/institutional training. Collected user inputs and/or survey development inputs are provided to ACM key leaders.


•         Provide responses to ABCT network related Request for Information (RFI) in email format, with file attachments if required.


•         Maintain deliverable products described above in the ACM ABCT designated shared drive, within this task's designated sub-folder.
