The U.S. Army Warrant Officer Career College (USAWOCC) provides initial military training (IMT) pre-commission education and training to enlisted Soldiers and intermediate and senior-level professional military education (PME) to Army warrant officers. The USAWOCC may simultaneously conduct three overlapping PME classes, in addition to other programs of instruction. Course content is continually evolving with changes to doctrine and must be kept relevant and sequential with other instruction.

Qualifications (required): 

Civilian education: Minimum of a four year degree from an accredited college and/or university.

Military education: Minimum of WOILE, Command and General Staff College, Intermediate Level Education, or equivalent education or experience.

Foundational Instructor Training Course: A foundational instructor training course such as the Foundation Instructor/Facilitator Course (FIFC) or its predecessors or replacement is required; the Small Group Instructor Course (SGIC) or Faculty Development Program Level 1 (FDP-1) Course or their predecessor or replacement courses may substitute for the foundational instructor training course.

Project Management Program (PMP)

Knowledge Management (KM)

Master Resilience Trainer (MRT)

Sexual Harassment/Assault Program (SHARP)

Victims Advocate (VA)

Military History Instructor Course (MHIC)
