Provides multiple staff augmentation and support to the G-3 mission. in critical functions, including: Management: Installation Training Management/Centralized Taskings, Planning and scheduling: Air Operations; Ceremonies and special events; Staff Inspection Program; Long Range Planning Calendar and the Digital Training Management System; and other Support: Strategic Analysis.
Duties:
· Coordinate Parachute Operations
· Coordinate Joint Airborne/Air Transportability Training
· Coordinate and process requests for Air Ground Integration air support
· Coordinate resources for airborne operations
Qualifications:
· Proven communication skills, both written and oral
· Bachelor’s degree (experience related to or like the corresponding education may substitute for education at the rate of 2 years of experience for each 1 year of education. Combinations of education and experience are acceptable)
· Secret Clearance
· Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
· Must possess specialized skills, knowledge, and abilities required for Air Operations Planning task include; experience in all facets of Army air operations, experience in military correspondence, basic file management ability and organizing skills.
· Experience scheduling with the Joint Air Logistics Information System (JALIS)
· Experience with tracking and maintaining flight hour availability, reconcile requests between POI support and non-POI support. Maintain a record of flight hours and available funding on SharePoint
· Experience preparing documents for JA/ATT
