Provides multiple staff augmentation and support to the G-3 mission. in critical functions, including: Management: Installation Training Management/Centralized Taskings, Planning and scheduling: Air Operations; Ceremonies and special events; Staff Inspection Program; Long Range Planning Calendar and the Digital Training Management System; and other Support: Strategic Analysis.

Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate information for tasking requirements

·        Create tools and tracking systems for task orders received from Higher Headquarters

·        Prepare executive summaries, updates, and briefings covering tasking issues in accordance with AR 25-50

·        Prepare correspondence about tasking requirements

·        Coordinate information for requirements involving “by name” or “line number” assignments, for individual augmentation tasking’s.

Qualifications:

·        Degree in General Business, Accounting, Management, Contracting, Bookkeeping, Business/Technical Writing, or English (or equivalent experience)

·        Experience in advanced file management and organization

·        Secret Clearance

·        Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
