System Support Representative (SSR) – Tucson, AZ

 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·        Maintain hardware/software configuration management and control of other mission planning spectrum applications.

·        Install Mission Planning upgrades and aid in disposition of equipment.

·        Define, implement, and maintain procedures and practices for loading new or updated mission planning data.

·        Analyze software, hardware, and system problems found by the user to provide problem identification, duplication and testing, resolution, and tracking until a resolution is determined.

·        Set-up, configure and ensure proper functionality of an MPE in support of exercises, daily operational training missions, deployments and real-world contingencies, as directed.

·        Travel to worldwide locations to establish operational mission planning systems in locations with little or no SSR support.

·        Communicate effectively with coworkers and client personnel.

Education and Experience

·        Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.

·        Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance

·        Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of relevant IT work experience.

·        Security + certification within 6 months from date of hire to reach a minimum of DoD8570 Level IAT Level II
