Location: Ft Sill, OK
Qualifications:
· SECRET clearance.
· Valid Driver’s License
· Security Plus certified and have passed one of the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) exams within 90 days of contract award.
· Basic CRESTRON Certification within 120 days after task order award and an Audiovisual Technology Specialist Certification within 90 days of task order award. The government preferred Audiovisual Technology Specialist Certification
· Basic knowledge/understanding of all CRESTRON settings as they pertain to the normal operation of a classroom.
· Knowledge/understanding of electrical wiring, to include installation and troubleshooting.
· Knowledge/understanding of Projector installation and troubleshooting to include preventive maintenance.
· Knowledge/understanding of Projector Screen installation and troubleshooting to include preventive maintenance.
· Knowledge/understanding of classroom sound systems’ installation and troubleshooting to include preventive maintenance.
· Knowledge of AR 25-2, Army Cybersecurity
· Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
· Ability to climb/work at heights of 20 feet.
· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain solutions to users with a basic working knowledge of computer systems
· Ability to work effectively, and contribute positively, as a team member within a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
· Performs coding of the CRESTRON to ensure its proper operation within the classroom.
· Troubleshoot the CRESTRON and determine steps to correct an identified problem.
· Administers access controls and lock systems out of the network that are not authorized or moved without coordination, and report associated incidents to the COR.
· Keeps a daily log of all Trouble Tickets and provide the COR monthly reports of work completed and work pending completion. Reports will be provided on the first workday of each month. Contractor shall propose the work log format for the COR review and approval within 30 calendar days of contract award.
· Responds to all classroom service requests within two (2) hours and complete all work within 4 hours. Contractor shall respond to all staff service desk requests within 4 hours and complete all work within 8 hours.
