Job Description: SME with extensive experience with readiness management and associated programs and have experience with division level Unit Identification Code Information Officer (UICIO) duties. Personnel shall have experience with the US Army, direct and current experience with the 20th CBRNE Command; current working knowledge of the 20th CBRNE Command’s missions and plans; current working knowledge of Army Regulations and FORSCOM policies relating to readiness reporting, in depth knowledge of CBRNE programs, planning, and operations. SME must have extensive knowledge of the unit and exercise schedule, the U.S. Army, CBRNE technical skills, and direct experience with the 20th CBRNE Command and its subordinate units
Location: The work shall be accomplished primarily at FORSCOM Headquarters, Ft Bragg NC.
Experience/Knowledge:
· Current experience with and a demonstrated comprehensive knowledge with respect to planning, preparing, executing, and analyzing bi-lateral and multi-lateral Joint and Army CCMD level WMD-Elimination exercises.
· Current and in-depth experience with the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) processes, procedures, and troubleshooting, the FORSCOM Spend Plan program, and other RM programs.
· Direct, detailed, and current knowledge and experience with the 20th CBRNE Command.
· Experience with METL development, current business rules for METL development, and the systems and tools employed to develop and standardize unit METLs.
· The demonstrated ability to coordinate CBRNE doctrine development with MSCoE and SCoE.
· Current Combat Training Center experience with the CBRNE Battalion TF employment concept.
· Direct and current knowledge of the 20th CBRNE Command readiness reporting requirements.
Clearance: A final SECRET clearance with TOP SECRET (TS) Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility for access to information and facilities. A minimum of seven personnel are required to have a final TS at start of work.
Travel: Required to various locations.
