Job Description: SME with extensive knowledge of the Command and its exercise schedule, the US Army, CBRNE technical skills, and direct experience with the 20th CBRNE Command and its subordinate units to include EOD operations; C-IED operations; CBRNE consequence management; CWMD operations; WMD Elimination operations; 20th CBRNE Command and DSCA, DCRF, NTNF, and HLD missions.

 Location: The work shall be accomplished primarily at APG, Aberdeen MD.

 Experience/Knowledge:

        Current working knowledge of the NDT training, exercise, and validation program; CBRNE Response Team (CRT) training; and DCRF, CRE, and the WCT missions and validation exercises.

·         Current working knowledge of the METL development tools and procedures, proponent responsibilities, and business rules established by higher headquarters.

·         Top secret level clearance.

·         Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and current experience with the emergency deployment readiness exercise program.

·         Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and current experience with Battalion Culminating Training Events and current Combat Training Center experience with the CBRN Battalion employment concept.

·         Demonstrated ability to coordinate Army and Joint service CBRNE operations.

·         Demonstrated ability to coordinate CBRNE doctrine development with MSCoE, SCoE, USANCA, and other organizations.

·         Demonstrated capability and experience acquiring CBRNE training aids from external organizations and constructing CBRNE CWMD training facilities at the CTCs, home stations and other locations.

·         Recent experience with and a demonstrated comprehensive knowledge with respect to planning, preparing, executing, and analyzing bi-lateral and multi-lateral Joint and Army CCMD level WMD-Elimination exercises, to include working knowledge of JTIMS, JMSEL, and exploitation report preparation.

·         Detailed knowledge of COCOM, USFK, and 8th Army War Plans.

 Clearance: A final SECRET clearance with TOP SECRET (TS) Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility for access to information and facilities. A minimum of seven personnel are required to have a final TS at start of work.

 Travel: Required to various locations.
