Job Description: Experience with US Army and CBRNE technical skills and direct experience with the 20th CBRNE Command and its subordinate units to include subject matter expertise related to EOD and C-IED operations; CBRNE consequence management; DCRF; DSCA; Homeland Defense; CWMD operations; WMD Elimination; and the 20th CBRNE Command. Must have a scientific degree and/or equivalent operational or technical experience with the CBRNE mission area and the US Army, Joint, and Interagency CBRNE mission areas.

 

Location: The work shall be accomplished primarily at APG, Aberdeen MD.

 

Experience/Knowledge:

  • 10 years of military or equivalent experience and knowledge of doctrine development, military planning, CBRNE operations, training, and exercises, counter weapons of mass destructions (CWMD) planning, operations, and training.
  • Direct and in-depth knowledge of EOD programs, planning and operations; planning, organizing and managing Army, Joint, and Combined operations to include C-IED and CBRNE mission areas.
  • Direct and in-depth knowledge of Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans, COCOM and 20th CBRNE OPLANs and CONPLANs.
  • Direct and in-depth working knowledge of the 20th CBRNE Command Intel programs, analysis, and JTAIC operations.
  • Recent experience and a demonstrated comprehensive knowledge with respect to planning, preparing, executing, and analyzing bi-lateral and multi-lateral Joint and Army CCMD level WMD-Elimination exercises, to include working knowledge of Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), Joint Master Scenario Event List (JMSEL), and exploitation report preparation.
  • Direct and in-depth knowledge of CBRNE organizations, operations, and integration into current operational contingencies at the COCOM, Bi-lateral, and Coalition levels.
  • Direct and in-depth knowledge and experience with 20th CBRNE Command COOP plans, training, and facilities.
  • Direct and in-depth knowledge and experience, and ability to read-on to the Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) programs supported by 20th CBRNE Command.
  • Detailed knowledge of the Joint Task Force – Elimination Tactical Standard Operating Procedures (JTF-E TACSOP), and current Combat Training Center (CTC) experience with CBRNE formations employment concept.

 

Clearance: A final SECRET clearance with TOP SECRET (TS) Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility for access to information and facilities. A minimum of seven personnel are required to have a final TS at start of work.
